Meet Charlie - one of our 'regulars'. Come rain or shine, Charlie can be seen meeting and greeting the residents of Hampden Park in Eastbourne as he makes his way through the village every morning. With his handsome good looks and charming personality, he spreads goodwill to all he meets and is a favourite with everyone in the neighbourhood.
